Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: This depends, of course, on your choice of shipping (regular, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day). Orders are filled within 48 to 72 hours unless different shipping requirements are requested. Q: What is your return policy? A: In the event of a return of the merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is included with the initial shipment and must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. This RMA number is valid for 30 days only. Upon receipt of the merchandise customer will receive proper credit. Freight on returned goods must be prepaid. An item will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified by checking the directive within the return box. A new order will be placed along with shipping fees. There will be no charge for replacement/exchange for product of equal value. If there is a change in price, there will be a credit or charge for the difference. If the item is proven to be defective and the customer has specified in writing that they do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchange, a credit for the product and shipping fees will be issued. Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for credit at the original price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 15% within 90 days of invoice date. No returns or credit requests after 90 days of invoice date. Product returned after this time is only eligible for replacement/exchange. NOTE: Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays. Credit will be issued within ten (10) business days upon receipt of merchandise at the address specified. Q: What if an item is backordered? A: Backorders will automatically ship when the product becomes available. It will be shipped and calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order. If you do not want to wait for backordered items, you may state this at the time of the order. Orders will not automatically ship complete unless specifically stated at order time. You will be notified immediately if an item is discontinued or backordered. Q: What if an item is damaged in shipment? A: Claims for lost shipment, or damaged/pilferage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery/expected date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation, and packing materials should be retained. Carriers may require on-site inspection before product is returned. You will not incur any additional charges found to be the fault of Easy-Protection.com or the carrier. Q: What if there is a shortage in the shipment? A: Shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packaging materials should be retained. Q: What if I receive an incorrect shipment? A: Incorrect shipments will be credited in full upon notification. We will provide you with instructions regarding the return of the incorrect product(s).
